As you will see some of the products we sell are manifestly unsuitable for children, for example a Indoor Sparkler, but where there is some question we have tried to clarify this in the description. Deciding whether or not an item is suitable for you or the person you are buying for can be difficult, so we would like to help you as much as we can.
- *Read the descriptions accompanying the product you have chosen.
- *Just ask, you can call us on 0870 429 4000. We will try to give you an answer there and then but otherwise will get back to you as soon as possible.
- *When you receive the goods, look at all the information provided, on the product, the packaging and the despatch note. We would always advise that you keep this information just in case you need to refer to it in the future.
- *Remember after examining the goods, where you find that they are unsuitable for whatever reason you can return them. Please refer to the moneyback guarantee section in the useful info section.
Please note the restrictions on sale of items where the order concerns: a) knives (including sheath knives, all kitchen/cutlery knives) or bladed articles, by placing an order you confirm that you are over the age of 18. b) Alcohol and alcohol making kits, by placing an order you confirm that you or the recipient of an alcohol gift are over the age of 18. c) Christmas crackers, cracker snaps, by placing an order you confirm that you are over the age of 16. d) Indoor sparklers you confirm that you are over the age of 18.
