Product : Previously had this product and it was really good that's why I ordered another, however the one sent wasn't the same as the one in the picture and what I had previously had, emailed to complain and didn't get a reply, poor quality product and even poorer customer service!
Service : I emailed re the poor quality of this product almost 5 months ago and no-one bothered to reply, I can't believe you're asking for feedback now!
