How can I get in contact with you?
The best way to contact us is by email, but before you send us any questions it’s definitely worth looking through these FAQ pages for an answer. We’ve tried to cover everything we could think of! Just explore the different categories or type your question into the search bar above. If you still can’t find an answer to your question, head on over to our contact page and ask away!
Can I collect my online order from a shop?
Yes! We now offer a click and collect service from our shops. When placing your order, choose the free* click and collect option at the checkout and then select a shop from the drop down menu that appears. After your order is placed it should arrive at your selected shop in the next 3 to 5 working days. You will be notified by email when your order is ready for collection. *Orders under £15 are subject to a £2 delivery charge.

How much does delivery cost?
It depends how fast you want it! Standard delivery costs £2.95 and takes around 5 to 9 working days to get to you, whereas our tracked service costs £3.95 and takes 3 to 5 days to arrive. Express delivery is £5.95 and takes 48 hours (up to 2 working days) for delivery.
Is there a free delivery option?
There is indeed! Spend £45 or more and your order can be sent via our free tracked UK standard delivery service. Just add £45 worth of items to your basket and the free delivery option will appear at the check out (make sure you select it!) All orders sent using our free UK standard delivery service take up to five working days to reach you.
Alternatively you can try using our free click and collect service. Just select it at the checkout and then choose a shop from the new menu option that appears. Your click and collect order should be at your nominated shop within 3 to 5 working days. For more information, please see our click and collect page.
Do I have to be registered to use the website?
You can browse our products online without having to register, but if you wish to purchase online, we ask you to complete some basic details such as your name and address. We need to know your e-mail address and phone number so that we can contact you about your order, but we will only use these in relation to the relevant purchase (unless you tell us to the contrary), and occasionally our couriers may contact you by phone if they are having difficulty delivering your parcel. You can change your privacy settings in 'My Account'.
I’ve lost my password, help!
Don't worry - simply go to the login page and click on the 'Forgot Your Password?' link. All you have to do is type in your e-mail address and you will be immediately mailed with instructions to reset your password.
How do I change my password, email address or other details?
All of this information can be changed at any time from your account page. Simply log in to your account, then select the ‘Account Information’ section from the left-hand menu. From this page you can change your name, contact email address and your account password. You can also change your default billing and delivery addresses by switching over to the ‘Address Book’ section in your account. It’s really handy!
Where can I register my winning scratch card code?
Simply go to hawkin.com/winner and you’ll be able to register your winning scratch card code online. Just follow the instructions on the scratch card website and you’ll receive an email with your prize and details about how to claim it. Good luck!
I haven’t received my prize email yet. What do I do?
So you’ve registered at hawkin.com/winner or hawkin.com/draw and your email hasn’t arrived yet? We’ll assume you’ve checked your spam folder and have waited patiently for more than 20 minutes or so (our emails can take a little while to send if there’s a lot of requests coming in).
If you haven’t received a scratch card prize email at this point, go to our contact page and get in touch with the web team (select "Website Issues" and "Scratch Cards" in the two drop downs). Send them a message with your name, email address, scratch card code and nearest store and they’ll be sure to trigger another prize email for you as soon as they can.
How do I get a Hawkin’s Bazaar scratch card?
When you visit a Hawkin’s Bazaar shop, you should have a scratch card handed to you whilst you browse or at the till (if you're not offered one, just ask!) You can excitedly scratch off the silver panel where you stand, or wait until you get home. Either way, you’re looking for three space hoppers. Good luck!
