A 50cm log impregnated with spores to grow your own shiitake mushrooms

These mushroom logs are cut from managed fast growing birch tree plantations in the highlands of Scotland, and are then impregnated with spores. The log yields a crop of mouth watering fresh mushrooms every spring and autumn, completely chemical free. Requiring a shady damp spot in the garden. The mushroom log measures more than 50cm and will be sent separately to the rest of your order, please allow up to 28 days. (The Shiitake Mushroom is also known as Japanese Wood Mushroom)
