Traditional Russian Dolls with paints for you to paint them yourself

The Russians have been making and hand painting these traditional Matryoshka nesting dolls for generations and giving them as a symbol of friendship, family love and happiness. This unusual kit allows everyone to do the same. The set of five wooden dolls are pre-printed with the basic black outline to provide a template to paint within. After that, it's up to the painter to decide to copy a traditional Russian design like that shown on the box or produce something completely original. Brush, paints and a mixing palette are all provided along with varnish to protect the finished design. All very charming!
