There are more than 2,000 species of Stick Insect but this Indian or Carausius Morosus variety is among the easiest to look after and will live happily at room temperature. The kit you receive includes a flexible net cage, magnifying glass, pipette and egg voucher. When ready, the voucher can be redeemed by post or online. The eggs are then placed in the cage to hatch. The young Stick Insects (called nymphs) eat either ivy, bramble or privet stems. They grow quickly and within seven months there will be mature Stick Insects ready to start forming the next generation. The accompanying guide gives details on the peculiarities of the Stick Insect lifestyle and details of how to care for them. Endless fascination for all ages.NOTE: These are only available for UK delivery.
