These mushroom logs are cut from managed fast growing birch tree plantations in the highlands of Scotland, and are then impregnated with spores. The log yields a crop of mouth watering fresh mushrooms every spring and autumn, completely chemical free. Requiring a shady damp spot in the garden. The mushroom log measures more than 50cm and will be sent separately to the rest of your order, please allow up to 28 days.
