All you do is partly fill the included plastic bottle with tap water, insert, attach and assemble the other components in the kit (absolutely easy and straightforward), connect a bicycle-pump and slowly inflate. When the correct pressure is attained, the rocket will automatically launch itself in a noisy and spectacular whoosh of air and water, and achieve, when all goes well, remarkable heights. It expels all the water before returning to earth, so its landing is soft and should do no harm to itself or anything else, and it is endlessly reusable. This rocket is widely used in school science, and is safe if treated sensibly. It is however, a rocket, and people must not get in its way. CHILDREN SHOULD CERTAINLY NOT USE IT WITHOUT ADULT SUPERVISION.
