Tactile gel-filled rubbery ball in black netting that contorts and changes colour when squeezed

Completely different to anything we've seen before. A curious gel-filled ball is encapsulated in black netting. As the ball is squeezed coloured pustules grow through the net, strangely changing colour as they develop. Different effects can be achieved by varying the squish! Compulsively tactile.
