Fantastic all round except terrible customer service around Christmas... I ordered a Dave the Shoulder Monkey (which sounded ace) for my daughter, and the batteries had corroded inside it, leaving acid all over it - and it wouldn't work even when cleaned up with new batteries. I contacted customer services but never received a response. That kinda clouded my view I'm afraid.

didn't find the website great, have to say. The site kept trying to 'pay' but after ten minutes, I closed out of the website, ie cancelled the order - it hadn't gone thro. however the order still arrived... Not very good, really. The order did arrive complete however

Difficulty in ordering online. Shop difficult to negotiate as so much stuff and not easy to find what looking for unless asking assistant. As shop is always busy this is not easy
