Product : Doesn't even work
Service : I was disappointed with their handling of a duplicate order. It took months to get a refund for the second batch, after sending it back with everything they asked for. Never even got my promised postage back, despite sending a receipt.

HA! you've sent me a feedback request for the absolutely shocking service you provided me over Christmas? I'll oblige.

I also like how the items you charged me for but failed to send are not included in this list. but i have no doubt the quality of the products would be as shocking as the ones i did receive.

I have no doubt i'll get no response from this, as i got no response to the multiple emails i sent you regarding this shambles. Taking until Christmas eve to deliver HALF of an order purchased over a month before is simply not acceptable

I sincerely hope you do make my comments public as the disclaimer at the top mentions, as i feel i should share my fantastic experience with the world.

Ordered xmas presents from hawkins bazaar and the package went missing (not hawkins fault royal mails fault!) called to ask re dispatch sate and they organised a new package and sent it out by courier it came 2days later! Great ser vice and at such a busy time of year

Product : Fun....did the job as fun stocking filler
Service : It' a bit mean to rate them as poor, but Communication was very poor and after care service needs to be looked into...took ages for them to reply to emails...I know it would be a busy time just after Christmas, but took ages to sort out a refund for the items they forgot to send. If I hadn't contacted them I think they would have forgotten that I had paid for items which were out of stock. Eventually sorted, but disappointing as the rest of the service was pretty good and the items on the whole are good value and great presents. The experience has not put me off however and I would use them again, especially if they sort out their communication.
