I received a phone call to advise some item not available and said that important item was the girl's stocking. Next day received parcel with stocking. Later received same parcel without stocking and when called to advise of doubling of order was told I had ordered twice! It seems HB call to me counted as a second order but, that being the case, why no girl's stocking? All sorted out in the end
