From time to time we may make names and addresses from our mailing list available to other reputable companies whose products may be of interest to you. Please see our expanded Security & Privacy Statement. By using this site you agree to our Security & Privacy policy.

Prices
All prices quoted include VAT at the current and appropriate rate. The standard rate of VAT is 20%. We reserve the right to be able to reduce prices in the course of a sale. We operate other businesses independently selling similar products by mail order and in our shops: the prices, although almost always the same, may vary from those shown.

Availability
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time, including, on rare occasions, after you have placed your order. If your order cannot be fulfilled we will let you know as soon as we can. We reserve the right to withdraw any item from sale at any time. In these circumstances you will be advised.

Descriptions
While we have made every effort to show and descibe our products as accurately as possible, in rare cases the final product may differ slightly from the images shown. We sometimes substitute products of a similar description where for example, the original item becomes unavailable. Where this happens we will inform you at the time of ordering. We have tried to describe all products fairly and the weights, dimensions and capacities given are approximate only. Packaging may vary from that shown.

Please note Personalised Products can take up to 28 days for delivery, whether personalised or not.

Use of customer photos/letters/ideas/pictures
Any copyright photo/letter/idea is owned by the sender and is not exclusive, so the sender can continue to use the material in anyway including allowing others to use it. By sending it to Hawkin's Bazaar you agree to grant us permission to use the material how we want (including modifying, editing, putting into production and adapting for promotional and editorial reasons). we may also share your contribution with trusted third parties.

You must confirm that your contribution is your own original work, is not defamatory and does not infringe any UK laws; that you own the right to give Hawkin's Bazaar permission to use it for the purposes specified above; and that you have the consent of anyone who is identifiable in your contribution or the consent of their parent/guardian if they are under 16. We will show your name and city/county of your address with your contribution unless you request otherwise and we may need to contact you in relation to your contribution.

Please do not endanger yourself or others, take any unecessary risk or break any laws when creating your contribution.

Recycling
We are pleased to offer you the chance to recycle your old electrical items or old batteries by returning them to any of our stores for recycling. Alternatively, to find out more about recycling electrical items and to find a centre near you visit www.recyclenow.com.

Customer Rating and Review Terms Of Use

You agree and warrant that you shall not submit any content:

• that is, or may reasonably be considered to be, defamatory, libelous, hateful, racially or religiously biased or offensive, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing to any individual, partnership or corporation
• that includes any information that references other websites, addresses, email addresses, contact information or phone numbers

Offers and Discount Codes

From time to time we will send out special offers through our catalogues, emails, social media and other lines of correspondence. These may come in the form of discounts/voucher codes or offers that are automatically applied when certain conditions are met. In addition to the rules laid out in each individual promotion, the following guidelines also apply:

• Special offers not valid in conjunction with any other offer or promotion
• Offer codes must be applied at the shopping bag screen before checkout
• Minimum spend may apply (see specific promotion for details)
• Minimum spend does not include cost of delivery
• Hawkin’s Bazaar reserves the right to withdraw a promotion or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice
• No cash equivalent

Shop For Free Friday

Winners of the Shop For Free Friday promotion will receive a refund for the full amount of the cost of their order including all delivery charges. A notification will be sent to the registered email address notifying the lucky winner within an hour of their order. In addition to the rules laid out in the original promotional post, the following guidelines also apply:

• Only applies to online orders made through www.hawkin.com and excludes call centre and store purchases
• All payments are taken upon successful order placement. Winners will receive a refund of the amount paid
• Maximum refund up to the value of £200
• Order refunded within 5 working days of receiving winning notification
• Only orders placed between 0900 and 2100 on 03/05/13 will be entered into the competition
• Every tenth completed order made between the stated times according to our order processing system will win
• Only one entry per customer per day
• Only the first completed order per customer, even if it is subsequently cancelled, will be entered into the competition
• Hawkin’s Bazaar reserves the right to withdraw this promotion or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice
