    It’s as easy as one, two, three.



Our Click & Collect service is now closed until the new year.
Simply fill up your basket, just as you would with any other order, and then proceed to our checkout page. After you have entered your billing address information, scroll down and select the Click and Collect option under the delivery options. *Click and Collect orders under £30 are subject to a £2.50 delivery charge. All click and collect orders also come with a money off voucher* for your next purchase in a Hawkin shop.


Delivery Information
At this stage you can enter your town or postcode and select the Hawkin’s Bazaar shop you would like your order delivered to within two working days. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will arrive by the following Tuesday, otherwise, most orders arrive within 48 hours.


What happens next?

We’ll send an email to you once your order arrives in your selected shop, at which point it will be ready for you to collect when it’s next convenient for you. We’ll hold onto your order for up to 14 days, which should give you plenty of time to come and collect it at your convenience. We’ll even send you a reminder, just in case it slips your mind.

If you have not received your email confirmation confirming your order is available within five days of placing your order, please email [email protected] with your order number and details. We’ll get to the bottom of it. Likewise, if you need more time to collect your order, please just email us and we’ll be sure to let the shop know.

When you arrive at the shop to collect your order, please ask a member of staff about your click and collect order and show them your confirmation email (on a screen or print out) and a form of ID. This can be a driver’s licence, passport, utility bill with your address on it or even the payment card used to place the order. And that’s it, you’ll be handed your order there and then.

If you have not collected your order after 14 days and have not contacted us to say why, we will refund you and return the items to stock. If you would still like your order at this stage you will have to place it again. If you do intend to collect your order but require more than the original 14 days, please contact us and we will be happy to arrange an extension.


Can someone else collect my order for me?

Of course they can! All they will need is your confirmation email (either on a screen or print out) as well as a form of ID with your details on it (such as a driver’s licence, passport, utility bill or cheque book).


What if I have a problem?

Please check your order before you leave the shop, just to make sure that everything is as expected. Your web order invoice will be included in the bag. If you have any issues with your order, please email [email protected]. As click and collect orders are still web orders, the shop will not be able to help should you want a refund.

If you have a faulty item or want to exchange your purchase for something else of equal value, our shop team will be able to help. If you would like a refund for your web order, the shop team will be able to file the request, but the web team will need to issue the refund from head office. In cases where you would like a refund, you can either email [email protected] with the details or complete a web refund form in one of our shops.

If you need to cancel or amend your click and collect order, please contact us on [email protected] as soon as possible. If it hasn’t left our warehouse yet, we should be able to accommodate any changes you have.
