  • Do I have to be registered to use the website?

    You can browse our products online without having to register, but if you wish to purchase online, we ask you to complete some basic details such as your name and address. We need to know your e-mail address and phone number so that we can contact you about your order, but we will only use these in relation to the relevant purchase (unless you tell us to the contrary), and occasionally our couriers may contact you by phone if they are having difficulty delivering your parcel. You can change your privacy settings in 'My Account'.

  • I’ve lost my password, help!

    Don't worry - simply go to the login page and click on the 'Forgot Your Password?' link. All you have to do is type in your e-mail address and you will be immediately mailed with instructions to reset your password.

  • How secure is my data?

    Super secure. All of your personal and payment information is safe with us. Our secure online payment gateway is protected by a Thawte® SSL Web Server Certificate. When you checkout you'll see a padlock appear to the left of the address bar, assuring you that our website is secure and our identity has been authenticated to the industry’s highest standard.   • Can I put things in my basket and save them to purchase later?

    To make sure your items are saved, it is advisable to be registered on the website and logged in. Then all you need to do is add items to your basket, and they will then remain there until you are ready to order. If you close your browser session and have cookies enabled, when you return to our website within 30 days your basket will still have the items that you have placed there previously.

    Alternatively, you can also store items that you want to buy in your Wishlist. It not only allows you to store items you want in the future, but it also lets you send your Wishlist to friends, just in case they’re after a present idea or two for you.

  • How can I tell if I have already registered an account on

    That’s easy! Simply go to the Log In page and then click on the ‘Forgot Your Password?’ link, then enter your email address into the text box that appears. If you’ve got an account with us, you’ll shortly receive an email with instructions telling you how to access your account again.

  • What is your cookie policy?

    It is company policy that only biscuits containing chocolate chunks can be classified as cookies. Fruit and nut flavours just don’t cut it. If by any chance you meant our digital cookie policy, you can find all of the details on our specially made Cookie Policy page.

  • How do I change my password, email address or other details?

    All of this information can be changed at any time from your account page. Simply log in to your account, then select the ‘Account Information’ section from the left-hand menu. From this page you can change your name, contact email address and your account password. You can also change your default billing and delivery addresses by switching over to the ‘Address Book’ section in your account. It’s really handy!

  • How do I make a wishlist?

    Want to put together a wishlist of super gifts from all around our website? It’s easy! Just create an account or log in to your existing one, then go to any product’s page and click on the ‘Add to Wishlist’ prompt. This will add the item to your wishlist which you can then share with any friends or family members who might want a hint on what to buy you for your next gifting occasion. Your wishlist is stored in your account and can be edited at any time.

  • Where can I view details of my last order?

    The full details of your last order can be found in the confirmation email you received upon placing it. Just look it up in your inbox to find the order number, billing and delivery addresses, delivery method, items ordered, a detailed cost breakdown and a grand total.

    Alternatively, log in to your account at and click on ‘My Account’ in the top-right corner of our website to go to your account dashboard. From here, you’ll be able to see a list of your recent orders. Find the order you’re interested in from the list and then click the ‘View Order’ link beside it to bring up all of the details.

  • Why can't I see a product on the website that I've seen before?

    When our products go out of stock or are discontinued they disappear from the website, meaning they will not show up in categories or in search results. If you would like to know whether a product will return or not, please email [email protected] and our CS team will let you know.
