All orders placed between October 1, 2018 and December 24, 2018 are protected under our extended returns window. This means that the same policy as below still applies, but the returns window is extended to January 31, 2019. For exact terms and conditions for returns, please read below.


We do hope you are super excited and happy with your purchase from, but if you change your mind, for any reason, simply contact us within 14 days of receiving the item to arrange a return. Just please make sure they are returned in their original condition, unopened and unused. In these cases we are unable to reimburse return postage costs. If you have a large order to return and would like us to arrange a courier for you, this can be requested but the cost of this service will be deducted from your refund. We cannot accept returns of personalised items, perishables, CDs, DVDs, batteries, gift cards, alcohol (including brew it yourself kits) and jewellery unless they are faulty.

This guarantee does not affect any rights you have under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

  • We will need to know the reason for the return and will then give you a Returns Number.
  • The Returns Number will need to be marked on the returns label included with your original delivery, where indicated.
  • Peel off the Returns Label and apply securely to your parcel.
  • Take the parcel to your local Post Office for despatch by Royal Mail. We always recommend you request a 'Proof of Posting' and please make sure you apply the correct postage.

For larger items we will advise you when you contact us whether we will need to arrange collection.

Please note: Unless goods are faulty we will be unable to accept returns for credit or refund unless they are as originally packaged, are unopened and have not been used.


We are unable to accommodate specific colour and design requests, especially when we are at our busiest beyond September. As such, if you would like to return an item in the hope of getting another in exchange that is the colour or design you desire, please note that we are unable to guarantee the colour or design you will receive.
